😐 You really need more staff on reception. I can never get through when I call. The clinic itself is nice and I like that my Dr is always the same one each time and I don't always have to come in for a script but getting through via phone is a nightmare.

😠 Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. The personal opinions of a doctor should in no way dictate their compulsion to provide service to their patients. Medical choice still exists in Australia and doctors need to respect a patient's right to choose.
