👍👍 Love Uncle Lim’s! A total gem in Lismore. Will gladly travel from Brisbane just for the Chilli Caramelized Eggplant - it’s so unbelievably good. Hopefully will grab a better photo next time before it’s semi-decimated! Gorgeous atmosphere whether you’re in the courtyard or vibey lower restaurant.
