👍 The staff were very busy just after Christmas. I was buying a boogie board for my eight year old nephew. I was totally out of my depth. The customer care was excellent. The smile on my nephew's face was priceless. A good store for all sporting needs. An added bonus is plenty of parking.

😠 bought a floor to ceiling ball which had a dodgy bladder. Staff denied refund or exchange even though it was returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Store policy doesn’t override consumer rights and i shouldn’t have to argue this with staff that can’t be bothered doing there job to a proper standard.
