😠 Booked in for an appt. Hairdresser was half way through a woman's cut/colour at my appt time. Asked me to wait a couple of minutes. She was aware my appt time had to be punctual. 20 minutes later, after another customer entered and they took her down the back and started washing her hair... I left....
