😠 JQZ are a dodgy developer, search the St George Leader and type JQZ, you will see how bad they really are. Not worth the risk, don't buy anything from these cowboy developers.

😠 UPDATE: New building manager appointed - still rude, power hungry and aggressive. Arturo is as bad as Christy was, its like being awfully mean and threatening is a requirement to be a BM in this complex. Decent as we’re renting, definitely not the place to buy.
