👍👍 Great station with fast service to city. Much better than most stations servicing Metropolitan Melbourne (Especially Melbourne East). Parking was an issue Pre Covid as it was limited. However it's much better Post Covid!

😠 Depression central station. My experience on platform 2 (Geelong bound) A station built without travellers in mind. A open windswept platform with no effective protection from rain or wind, and very little protection from the sun. No seats, no toilet, no vending machine, no bin, no staff, no warmt...

👍👍 From Brisbane, had no idea where to go to get to Ballarat, meet Warren who works on the platform there and how refreshing, a worker there who was helpful, funny and generally concerned about all people making it safely to where they were going! What a champion!
