However the delivery fee Of $196.00 was excessive considering the purchase was only coming to Ingham from Tully (less than an hour) and was delivered by a staff member in his own personal vehicle as he just happened to be passing on his way to Townsvil...

I followed up by phone 3 weeks later after checking on a separate online order I had placed - part of that was in but the mattress had only just arrived...
