😠 Extremely rude staff at the checkout. She actually turned away customers lined up (the ones behind me) for billing just because it was 5.00 pm. She was slapping her hands at me for being there at 5 pm to pay. Bad bad customer service.

😠 Selling rubbish quality products specially stone coated pots and pan with 10 warranty didn’t survive for 6 months. They were so rude to talk about warranty or guarantee. Guy said, it was used on gas for cooking, I wish I could cook on water in sink.

😠 Low quality goods, and no returns. If you want to shop here buy online instead or in different territories where they do allow for returns.
