Best places: Tapas bars in Leuven, Belgium

😠 We had a really bad experience there tonight. They increased the price of 1L of sangria but it was not written in any place. The owner tried to blame the waitress who was really kind and nice with us. Not coming back anymore.

👍 Brazilian lover William turned this classic Flemish bar (St.-Jacob) into a vivid place where different cultures meet. Once in a while there's a concert or South American dancing, but most of the time you hup in and enjoy one of the many speciality beers served.

😠 I would avoid this place, Big chance that you end up in a coma with a skull fracture. But they do their job but hey ....
