😠 Comme d'habitude, encore une blonde bien sûr ne connaît aucune forme de politesse, pas de bjr, pas de bonne journée et passe ses journées à raconter sa vie à sa collègue et en plus pas très accueillante.

😠 If the store closes at 19.00 why were people not allowed in at 18.45? If the closing hours are different then they should be clearly stated so that the clients know until when they can enter the store. If it is not written that the entrance is closed 15 min before how are people to know?

😠 Horrible customer service, they refused a return of a product I bought 2 days ago in one of their store in the Netherlands, the store manager was super rude and asked me to return the product where I bought in the Netherlands! Very disappointed, I thought it doesn’t matter where you buy the product...
