👍👍 Sports shop in the city centre. I come here repeatedly, because they can always give a good advice in various sports fields. I asked about outdoor dish, leather jacket detergent or shoes and they were always well informed, communicative and friendly, just proffessional, which I appreciate very much....

👍 I bought a bike for my daughter 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately not everybody has past the “friendly service” course. Ondra from the bike repair service was in a bad mood on Sunday morning. Good that Manuska and Kamille where in a good mood and where happy to help me.

👍 Great climbing gym with a variety of route difficulties and types, includes a semi-outdoor hall. Not the fastest rate of route renewal is the only criticism I can think of.

👍👍 Paní majitelka mi vyšla vstříc ve všech ohledech půjčovného. Vše pečlivě vysvětlila a měla na mě dost času. Opravdu perfektní přístup - takhle mají vypadat služby zákazníkům. Maximálně doporučuji!!! A moc děkuji. Jirka

👍 Hezké místo na nákup outdoorového vybavení, oblečení i všelijakých potřeb. Možná výběr není tak rozmanitý, zato jsou ceny o 20-40% níže než v obyčejném obchodě. Navzdory tomu nižší cena nijak neovlivňuje kvalitu zboží. Personál znalý a ochotný.

😠 Přijde Vám balík a v něm nejen zboží ale i plno bordela asi co se smetlo po skladu,a o tom že zbozi se nejeví jako originál zabalené ani nemluvím , na zákaznické lince neochotný personál ,teda pokud máte štěstí a vůbec se dovolate a nekdo s Vámi hodlá mluvit .Zde není zákazník někdo kdo má váhu ....
