😠 Messy experience, it seems as if Silvan doesn't know what direction the chain should follow in recent years. Then there is a bit of furniture, a bit of lighting, a bit of building materials, a bit of garden and then a lot of cheap knock-offs that are actually just standing there messing around.

😠 Modvilligt besøg i Silvan i Græsted. Dårlig betjening af personale som sædvanligvis intet vidste om det jeg skulle købe. Vidste intet om lysstofrør og alsolut intet om en vådrumsventilator leg skulle købe. Man kunne lige så godt have været på månen og spurgt efter grøn ost. Håbløst dårligt personale...

😠 This shop is an absolute joke. Extremely understaffed reflecting terrible management. Don't waste your time going there if you intend to ask any questions whatsoever. Also if you need paint- good luck as the counter isn't staffed.

😠 Absolutely terrible service. Needed help with finding something and asked two employees but none were willing to help. I said there system shows that have 8 in stock but all they could reply was try finding it. They couldnt even bother to locate it. Just wanted me to look all over the place.
