Best places: Beer halls in Denmark

👍👍 The food was the tastiest traditional food I've ever had in Northern Europe. Danish food at its best. The service is fabulous, very friendly waiter who explained to us how we should eat the food, what he recommends etc. The table nearby hat 4 regulars who have been coming to the cafe for many years....

👍👍 Sketchy place full of artists and anti-culture people. Full of color and personality, it’s a great time and definitely worth a visit when in Copenhagen. Be nice, don’t judge, and have a good time; then you’ll fit in nicely

👍👍 Great place to drink a beer you’ve never tried before, the bartenders are very friendly & will even let you taste a beer before buying it. They are Cask-Marque, one of two in Denmark & one of two outside of the UK for that matter, meaning that it’s a bar of excellent quality.

👍👍 If you like beer and trains and more trains and perhaps more beer, this bar is absolutely the place for you. You must also check out the toilets even if you don’t need to go after sampling the beer. Lots of train memorabilia. And if that’s not enough, it is across the road from the central station....

😠 Apparently, one is not allowed here to rest his head on the table after a long day while his friends are finishing a drink, otherwise he will get pinched by an angry bartender saying in a rude voice: "Hey, no sleeping in the bar!" Awful way to handle customers.

👍👍 Super nice experience! Excellent service, elegant bartender and great cocktail! Also enjoyed the Belgian Elephant beer. Perfect bar for cigar smokers. Highly recommended!
