🫤 Broad portfolio and great brands. Unfortunately I whitnesed discrimination of russian speaking customers by staff twice during my short visit on Saturday 19.03.2022. There is no excuse for that kind of unprofessional behavior.

🫤 Go to Bauhaus instead, you pay a little more but get nice service and it is actually possible to find the things you need from the shelves. In K-rauta you are directed from one shop assistant to another most of who cannot even be found. Online ordering was also a terrible experience.

😠 Horrible customer experience. We asked help from one of the workers there (it was an older lady), and she was extremely rude and snappy. So when you need help or advice, then highly recommend to visit Bauhaus or some other similar stores.

An Estonian guy who spoke perfect English and was very patient and helpful.
Maybe you could offer DIY courses for women like they do in Germany, to expand your customer base.

😐 Good store for construction and rennovation goods. It has two disadvantages. The first is the higher prices compared to other similar stores. And the other is relatively further location. Probably because of these factors we could find what we were looking for very long time.
