I have just done 4 sessions and already feel completely different in terms of my fitness, my goals etc. He is clearly very knowledgeable and leaves you without (hardly) any aches after the lesson - that's down to an amazing wind-down/stretch....

👍👍 It has ample space for people to work out. The locker room was very well maintained and clean. The were tissue and cleaning materials available at every corner to clean the machines after every use. And all the excerise machine were well maintained

👍👍 Favorite spot. The space is very wide. The climbing paths are changed regularly. The locker rooms are quite neat and the gym upstairs is a great plus.

👍👍 Had 1 workout as a tourist. Great experience. It was free, which was a Pleasant suprise. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Not all the equipment was in a great state, which is the only negative thing i Can say. Still, can definitely recomend.

😠 For the reopening of the room on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, I arrive in front at 6 am with a surprise it is closed and it opens at 1 pm. No communication when two days before I went to the reception to ask if I can come at 6 am. Very poor communication and above all a waste of time.
