😠 TL;DR: Today I was sequestrated in the back of the store for 15 minutes, being accused of having replaced price tags for a shirt. They gave up when they saw that I had no problem with the police arriving. They didn't apologize and gave me an interdiction in this store. I'm never shopping at any C&A...

😠 Il est 18h43, les portes automatiques sont fermées, impossible de rentrer pour acheter un article vu la veille. Cela aurait pris 3 minutes. Avec une mentalité pareille, pauvre France... Pensez à changer vos horaires de fermeture (ou votre personnel) sur Google c'est pas 19h mais 18h45 voir même plus...

😠 Crappy products and even worse customer service.

😠 Caissière se gardant bien de vous dire que l'adhésion à leur "club" est payante; résultat 6€ facturés en + sans mon accord pour un magasin de fast fashion ne m'intéressant pas et chez qui je suis allée pour dépanner pour une urgence. Devant ces méthodes vraiment je déconseille quiconque d'y aller!

😠 Very rude staff. From the fitting room to the checkout. Cabin that only opens at 11 a.m. while the store at 10 a.m. Do not take back the clothes you do not want to keep and breathe and roll your eyes when you point them out. Go your way. A shame to be so unprofessional.

😠 Quelle tristesse de constater que le magasin était fermé a 23:14. Pourtant l'ensemble des lumières sont allumées. Peut être serait il convenable de les éteindre ? En particulier lors d'une crise de l'énergie .
