👍👍 J’ai passé un moment vraiment très agréable de détente complète. Sandrine est réellement très accueillante et à l’écoute et sait nous mettre à l’aise. Les massages sont vraiment très relaxants. Expérience à reconduire sans hésitation. Je vous la recommande !

I have just done 4 sessions and already feel completely different in terms of my fitness, my goals etc. He is clearly very knowledgeable and leaves you without (hardly) any aches after the lesson - that's down to an amazing wind-down/stretch....

The atmosphere is very good and warm, there is a real cohesion between the coaches and the registrants which allows us to feel at ease very easily....

😠 Would recommend the classes, but not the merchandising. If the size doesn't fit, no exchange is possible once they have your money. They pretty much tell you to deal with it or buy another one.

👍👍 Privatisation de la piscine pendant 1h le temps que maman se fasse masser ! Toboggan aménagé, trampoline dans l'eau, seaux à disposition et autres jeux pour tous les âges, mignardises, tisane ou café selon le choix, jus de pomme pour les filles... au top !

👍👍 Une salle vraiment au top, une clientèle génial, il n’y a pas de gros lourd qu’on peut trouver en général Les cours sont géniaux et très entraînante. Les patrons sont vraiment très avenante et sympathique. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

😠 Très mauvais centre. On comprend très vite que le seul intérêt des gérants est le fric et rien d'autre. Aucun suivi de coaching alors que c'est la justification fournie pour avoir un abonnement aussi onéreux. Je me suis très vite démotive totalement de leur centre. Il n'y a pas de compétition entre adhérent on progresse à notre rythme , les exercices sont adapté à notre niveau . On sort un peu de notre zone...
