👍 Gut erhaltene Anlage, mit informativem Schlossgarten. Um die komplette Schlossmauer geht ein Wanderweg mit diversen Infos. Das Café hatte leider geschlossen, dafür war dann aber der Ausblick bis Amöneburg und den Lahnbergen super schön. Einen Besuch kann ich nur sehr empfehlen.

👍 Die Burg Wallenstein ist wunderschön in die hessische Natur eingebettet. Der Rundweg führt teilweise über Waldwege und an Erholungsgrundstücken vorbei. Der Blick von der Burgruine zeigt noch einmal die idyllische Lage. Im Sommer lädt das Freibad zur Erfrischung ein.
