😠 Leider finde ich ein Stern schon zu viel, hier geht es nicht darum, einem zu helfen, sondern um die Wut an einem rauszulassen. Meiner Meinung nach sollten die nicht mit Menschen zusammen arbeiten. Ich finde Dr. Torsten Schmidt absolut nicht kompetent und frage mich wirklich wie er jeden Tag sein Job...

😠 This is the worst child emergency clinic there is. Not only because of the endless waiting time (ie about 3 hours before the doctor looked at us and plus 3 hours before X-ray despite that we had been the first one) and the unorganized process, no, even the doctors / medical assistants are uncertain...
