I bought a sofa in January and received in april (ideally 6weeks was the delivery time and there was no information for delay) and was received without foot, motor and torn fabric. 🫤 Overall very good quality furniture but with two separate items, the right set of screws was missing, making the assembly not possible. When contacting XXXLutz, their internal process is far too complicated to get something as simple as a set of screws being delivered.

😠 The staff was unhelpful, although we really needed help buying a baby carriage, the staff was more important to the other couple who were shopping. We waited, but no one came. Give up here.
