After the purchase and when we picked it up, a used car salesman (Mr. Bu.....) assured us that everything can be done afterwards, which has not happened to date. 😠 After 2 weeks inspection the oil level is down. They told me that is my problem to check this. If the oil is a bit above the min they don’t do anything. What a customer service!! And on top of all they think they are always right? Zero customer service! Audi we expect service not only luxurious cars...

👍👍 Simply good and simply easy! The branch in Schwenningen on Utzenbühlstrasse is the best. The employees are very nice and very funny, they put you in a good mood. Have now rented a Sprinter twice in the last 4 weeks and everything is really easy. Always happy.
