👍👍 Beautiful little cathedral that is definitely worth more than just a visit. You just have to pay attention to the small but fine details 😉 If you're ever in the city, a visit to the cathedral is definitely a must.

👍 I always enjoy going there and I don't think the candles are too expensive. There are communities where the candles are much more expensive. Kind regards

👍 Hauptkirche St. Johannes Baptist in Attendorn. Große Hauptkirche im Zentrum von Attendorn. Schöner Innenraum und tolle große Orgel. Zur Messe und auch sonst ein Besuch wert. Zu Ostern werden am Samstag hinter der Kirche die Ostersemmel gesegnet. Tolles gelebtes Brauchtum in Attendorn.

👍👍 Ich habe zwar keinen Gottesdienst in der Kirche besucht, aber das Gebäude ist schon sehr schön. Vor allem die liebevolle Illumination bei Nacht und Nebel und Schnee ist sehr schön und schmückt das ganze Dorf.

👍👍 Grandios ist der Meditationsraum im alten Kirchturm. Unbedingt die volle Stunden abwarten, das Glockengeläut ist ganz oben. Und man hört dem Klang der Glocken sehr direkt, aber unbeschreiblich schön und beeindruckend.

👍 Schöne Kirche, schöner Ort, waren früher schon oft hier, kommen gern wieder zum Wandern. Ortsgemeinschaft hat sich viel Mühe mit der Gestaltung gemacht, schöne Aussichten, reichlich Bänke auch für Kinder Toll.

👍👍 Active church inside of a centuries old cathedral. Attended a service with friends and stayed to tour and speak with the priest who also showed us around. Everyone was very nice and welcoming; the remodel of the church was very well done. Organ sounds amazing. Woodwork everywhere was amazing.
