😠 Very bad advice, employees chatter on older, disabled and almost blind people about cell phone contracts and accessories that they cannot use themselves. Do not show any consideration or insight that you shouldn't do something like that. 🤮

😠 Very unfriendly owner… he says that you take too much time, when there is no customers in the shop. And it’s just because you don’t want to sign contract for 2 years with bad terms… It’s sad because this shop had good opinions, but I think that the owner write it to himself…

😠 Ich habe mein Handy zur Reparatur abgegeben und es wurde mir in einem noch schlimmeren Zustand zurückgegeben. Das Display funktioniert nicht mehr richtig und es gibt zusätzliche Schäden. Der Kundenservice war unkooperativ und unprofessionell. Nie wieder
