😠 We called the shop and were told there were still skis for all of us. After more than an hour of waiting, during which an overwhelmed employee had no idea who to take next, we were sent away with the information that there were no more skis! Not recommended + unfriendly, haphazard handling!

😠 A pure disgrace! The snowboards are okay, but the service is very unfriendly. Unfortunately, due to bad weather conditions, we couldn't use the snowboards once and were forced to give them back. However, when we asked for a refund or just a discount for another day, we were insulted very shamefully...
