👍👍 Sehr freundlich und immer gut strukturiert. keine Routine beim Training und immer vielseitige Übungen beim warm Up und dem Dehnen. Ich bin jetzt ein paar Wochen beim Kickboxen dabei und kann es nur jedem nahe legen dem Kampfsport zumindest eine Chance zu geben (Der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz)👍🏻
