😠 Very rude staff who scam clients by charging car upgrades at 4x the online price while not having the car pre-booked available in their garage. Car rental agency to avoid absolutely especially if you are a foreigner!

😠 Got stung by wrong pricing information from the sales guy at the counter at Sixt Dachau - Peter Summer & Anika, wanted a 7 seater for weekend and said it'll be all tax inclusive € 420 but when actual invoice made it was € 660.. no better word than conning with misleading information. Car broke down...

😠 Don't do my mistake. Worst branch and treatment. Attitude and no problem solving. Basically i was told take whatever car we give you else we will cancel your booking. Yah yah I booked in advance and secured my reservation in advanced with a guaranteed payment. Never again.
