😠 Very rude, trying to call for several days without success. I drove extra 300Km to Frankfurt to renovate my passport and received only after 3 months. I tried to reach but no one has gone. If you want to do something, go to Hamburg

😠 First of all opening time at the door in Frankfurt consulate and online doesn’t much, and when you try to show them it is easy to update it or correct it they don’t accept it, now I prefer flying to Addis and get my Visa in the Airport than arguing with some arrogant consulate workers in Frankfurt.
