😠 There are really weak in customer service. We bought some staff , after 3 months they didn't bring it and much worse every time they tell lie that, they brought and we were not at home!!! I was 4 times whole day at home and waiting for them!!! And all the times, they gave the same answer!!!! No note...

Der blonde Verkäufer, der eigentlich das Wissen zum Matratzenverkauf hat, meinte, - als seine junge Kollegin ihn um Hilfe bat, dass er gerade keine Lust hätte. Er ist sehr unfreundlich, - auch zu den Kollegen. Müssen uns leider ein anderes Ges...
