👍👍 As a foreigner living in Frankfurt I had an excellent saleswoman who spoke English and helped me to choose the baby stroller. Her name is Iman, she is very patient and takes the time to explain each product and is willing to answer all your questions in the best way. Totally recommended.

🫤 Super children's shop and really very extensive range. However, what I have noticed more and more is that the employees are not well trained in friendliness or service. One often hears the excuse "Not my department!" should be changed urgently.

😠 Very unfriendly employees. We wanted to buy a few things, but after several reprimands from different employees, we left the store without purchasing anything. My son wanted to choose a vehicle and actually wanted to test drive it. Forbidden in this store. We buy somewhere else.

👍👍 Great advice on board games! Also very accommodating with complaints. We returned a puzzle that was missing a piece and got a replacement without any problems. Our daughter was very happy.

😠 The staff was unhelpful, although we really needed help buying a baby carriage, the staff was more important to the other couple who were shopping. We waited, but no one came. Give up here.
