😐 Good place. But hard to find friendly employees 😕

👍 A really good selection of tools, components and spare parts. The prices are average. Unfortunately the shop is short by assistance, it is hard to get help when you need. (But they are kind and professional once you can get them.)

😠 Worst treatment ever. Just was asking for a non seasonal product and the clerk called "Werner" was making fun of me in front of his colleagues...poor judgment and a poor representative for this brand. Never ever again.
