😠 Acute help ok, very poor organization of the therapists and their vacation schedule. Out of 11 weeks, I didn't have a therapist for 3 weeks due to a vacation overlap. 2 weeks due to illness. Discharged on June 1st, 2018 to today November 13th, 2018, even after 5 calls from me, 2x personal auditions...

😠 Why Fr Dr CA R. 2x doesn't have at least the guts to explain a reason is embarrassing and dishonorable. 0 stars. AVOID this hospital. Especially if you are suffering from borderline or similar. Better go straight to the UKE.

👍 The waiting time until the first appointment is absolutely reasonable. I feel very well looked after there and my doctor is great. The senior doctor there, however, is an unempathic dragon. I had this in a conversation when my doctor was sick. I won't speak to this lady again.
