😠 The customer is ripped off here, the car is filled up even though it has already been filled up, and additional expenses are charged for refueling. The cars are not given to the customer with a 100% full tank and AVIS Ismaning expects a full tank to be returned? This is a rip off!

😠 The staff is very unfriendly and rude. When I went there to inquire about something the doors were locked during work hours because the staff was chilling outside. I personally find that very unprofessional.
