👍👍 Super well maintained and very quiet, it's a lovely place to stay.

😐 Netter Platz mit kaum ersichtlicher Geschichte. Die hier vor 150 Jahren errichtete Villa war ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel und wurde nur im Volksmund Burg genannt; sie ist nach 1945 zerfallen und wurde schließlich 1970 komplett entfernt. Nach 2000 wurde die Grundfläche des Geländes als Park neu angeleg...

👍 Die Anlage ist soweit sauber und gepflegt. Große Fläche zum Erholen. Da es sich um eine beliebte Anlaufstelle handelt sollten die Mülleimer jedoch öfter geleert werden.

👍 Kleiner anschaulicher Park zum frische Luft schnappen oder um mal kurz den Hund zu zeigen das es auch noch Artgenossen gibt. ( Hundekotbeutel vor Ort) Das Foto wurde vom Park aus (Bömbergring) mit Blick in Richtung Seilersee erstellt.

👍 Für Geologie Interessierte sicherlich interessant, aber für Familien keinen Abstecher wert. Ansonsten kann man hier in dem Fels die Geschichte ablesen und erahnen wie schwierig die Kohleförderung früher war. Gute Informationstafel vorhanden. Bleibt neugierig

👍👍 Graffiti worth seeing beautifies this place with a terrible past. The best you can do with a place like this. At around 50 meters you are transported to an underwater world. The tunnel was used as a prisoner of war camp during World War II. The tunnel ran under today's Duisburg-Dortmund train line.

😐 Leider ist dieser Ort seit Jahren nicht mehr schön anzusehen, viel Müll liegt herum, viele dunkle Ecken...gepflegt sieht anders aus.
