👍👍 Bin seit 15 Jahren dabei. Prävention und Bewegung sind 1.000 Mal besser als Schmerzen und Einschränkungen. Das Konzept ist toll und greift bei mir zu 100%. Das Team ist motiviert und engagiert. Alle Voraussetzungen für einen guten Rücken sind gegeben. Der Rest sind Fleiß und Eigenmotivation🤸🙂
