😠 Pay for a film that is written to start at 8:40, film started 30 minutes later at 21:10. Having 30 minutes of advertisements it is completely inadmissible since we already pay for watching a film. People have to left before due to have to take a train. Never will come back again

😠 There is only one food/beverage counter and thus very long queuing (we waited 17 minutes) required to get way overpriced snacks or drinks... On top of that the movie actually got muted halfway through and then stopped playing altogether! It took them more than 10 minutes to figure out how to fix it...

If the timetable says the movie starts at 11:05pm it's ok to show 10 min preview or something but you just can't start the actual movie at 11:45pm especially if the screening is already that late in the evening. I will avoid that cinema...
