😠 I have gone through unsatisfactory experience with one of the team members (lady) who was rude not in a mood to serve the customers. I passed my feedback to the manager and to be honest, I didn’t find him interested to improve the service. I would recommend other place.

😠 Very poor customer service!!! Instead of treating customers with respect, the staff appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. They asked (=interrogated) customers about a customized ice cream. The cookies did not seem to be fresh. For all future customers, please reconsider the purpose of your visit!!!

😠 These people are too arrogant and rude. Although the cafe located in Innerstat, a touristic place, they insistly refused speaking English. They didn't listen even de simple questions. The cakes are ordinary. I do not reccomend for the tourists
