👍👍 We were looking for a stroller and were given very competent and patient advice at Spielemax. Customer service is very important here. Very friendly staff and great quality. We not only bought the stroller, but also the baby seat for the car and are very happy to come back. :)

😠 Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Wir haben im Juli einen Joolz Day Kinderwagen bestellt und bezahlt, da wir eine Lieferzeit von 15 Wochen einplanen mussten. Der Wagen sollte uns am 02.11. zugestellt werden. Im November erreichten uns mehrere Emails mit Informationen zu Lieferverzögerung...

👍👍 Ich stöbere gerne hier rum. Man findet immer ein Teilchen, was gefällt und wo der Preis stimmt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und der Laden immer aufgeräumt - selbst bei den "Grabbeltischen".

🫤 Lockangebote mit falschen Preisschildern im Schaufenster. Artikel (Rucksack) an der Kasse aufeinmal 50 € statt 35€. Mitarbeiterin sagt "tut mir leid, da kann ich nichts machen. Wurde wohl falsch einsortiert." Verwunderlich ist, dass alle Rucksäcke des gleichen Modells in diversen Farben im Schaufens...

😠 Bad people don't show the customer any respect, if they learn and become human and don't act like animals then it will be a very good store. But now it's one of the worst.

🫤 The boss belittles employees in front of customers or openly gossips about customers. That's why we don't shop there anymore. The employees, on the other hand, are sugar. Always nice and friendly.
