😠 There are very rude and uneducated women at the reception. They write out prescriptions on A4 sheets. This forces patients to run back and forth for a normal prescription. I wonder if their boss knows that they are doing this? And does their boss know how rude they are to the patients? Shame and low...

They could have cut a piece of my hair and do the whole process to see if it works... Instead they threw away 5 hours of my time...
