Both times, they overcharged us extra hours - we got charged for the whole day, in spite of returning the vans before time. If the company has a problem...

😠 They cheat me. Bill was 76 € . At the end i pay 135 € for 4 hours.

😠 The price of rental in contract says 270 euros. I returned car with a full tank and I got charged 460 euros. I haven’t called Avis customer service yet but I’m sure will as soon as they open! Very disappointed!
