😠 Very unfriendly, incompetent staff, from "service" or "customer orientation" this seems to have heard nothing. It gets really uncomfortable when you want to exchange / return defective goods. The current legal situation does not seem to be of interest either; I'm still stuck with the defective goods...

😠 Was wir am 30. Juni bei Müller in Ludwigshafen erlebt haben, werde nicht nur ich, sondern auch meine 3-jährige Enkelin sehr lange nicht vergessen. Wir wurden von einem Schreihals mit den Worten "RAUS HIER!" zur Tür verwiesen. Der Mitarbeiterin hat es auch nicht gestört, dass vor ihr ein 3 - jähriges...
