😠 Went there earlier today to buy clotted cream. After insisting that I did not want the one that expires tomorrow as I have guests on Friday, the sales lady sneakily wrapped up the ones which expire tomorrow & put them in a bag whilst I was looking at their teas. I only realised this when I got back...

👍👍 Super nice service, we were allowed to try tea for free and also got a few tea samples at the end. We then had a matcha latte and a chai latte in the store, both very well prepared. Paying was super easy thanks to card payment, finally no more carrying cash with you. Can highly recommend the store....
