😠 Employees (of whom there are usually plenty but hardly seem busy) make very little effort. When you politely ask for the second shoe to try on, you feel like you have an extremely demanding request. The very loud aggressive music is extremely annoying and makes it even more difficult to communicate...

😐 Very good shop. In general, Jack Wolfskin clouds are always good. Unfortunately very slow lady in the kesse. ..I was planning on buying a jacket, but the lady at Kesse's conversation with another customer was endless. So I lost patience and left the store without the jacket.
