😠 Egal wann man an die Tanke kommt, stellt man fest, dass die Luftprüfanlage defekt ist. Man fährt vom Gelände mit weniger Luft als vorher. Selbst Reklamationen bei der Jetzentrale haben keinen Erfolg. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Sehr schlechter Service.

🫤 Since the renovation, the store has been great but the staff has been bad... always very unfriendly. Nobody knows where something is, let alone that anyone would ever come up with the idea of helping. Eyes are rolled and pat answers are given if you get an answer at all.

🫤 Sorry but this store need to improve the staff attitude. Again and again i check out the store and there is a big gap between how they treat german customers and foreign customers. The management should think about it. Next visit if i should see the same problem again i will change my stars to one!
