👍👍 The few visitors and the outstanding view invite you to linger here. The castle ruins can be explored quickly, but this little spot is an ideal resting and resting place for a nice hike.

👍👍 Beautiful little castle ruins in the heart of Handschusheim near Heidelberg. There is also a small market there on weekends and Saturdays.

👍👍 Eine der schönsten Altstädte Deutschlands. Man kann gemütlich durch die Gassen schlendern. Es gibt überall kleine Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Überall sind die alten Gebäude noch gut erhalten und neue Sachen wurden schön integriert. Absolut sehenswert und auch das Schloss und der Schlossgarten...

👍 Tolle gut erhaltene Burg. Leider gibt's es aktuell nur eine "alternativ"-Gastronomie, da Restaurant und Hotel geschlossen sind. Parkplätze gibt es direkt an der Burg. Die Burg ist aber auch gut mit Rad und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Turm kann aktuell auch nicht bestiegen werden.

👍👍 Im Jahr 1615 erhielt Elisabeth Stuart angeblich das Elisabethentor als ganz besonderes Geburtstagsgeschenk. Kurfürst Friedrich V. ließ das prachtvoll gestaltete Bauwerk als Zugang zu ihrem privaten Lustgarten errichten. Das Elisabethentor ist frei Zugänglich und ohne Eintrittskarten zu bewundern.

👍👍 Erstmal eher kleiner, fast unscheinbarer Historismus, dann aber - wenn man oben ist (und mit Kindern sowieso) - ein wirklich toller Ausblick über den Kohlhof und den Kraichgau. Kommt natürlich immer auf's Wetter an, aber einen unterhaltsamen Abstecher ist es allemal wert.

👍 Als ich gestern in Neckargemünd unterwegs war, habe ich diese schöne Toranlage entdeckt. Das Stadttor wurde 1788 erbaut, wie ich auf der Tafel lesen konnte. Man muss aufpassen, weil dahinter direkt eine Kurve kommt und die Autos ordentlich Krach machen. Kein ruhiger Ort.

👍 Durch Zufall auf der Karte entdeckt, Ich nenne es Feenland, so romantisch und schön wenn man die Augen auf hält. Ein netter Spaziergang wert.
