😐 Der Arzt ist sehr gut , was man von den Arzthelferinnen nicht sagen kann !!!!! Sie sind am Telefon frech und es wird einem auch sonst nicht weiter geholfen. Es hat sich ganz schön viel verändert....seit eine gewisse ältere Dame nicht mehr so oft da ist. Da war es viel besser!!!!

👍👍 5 stars are actually not enough. Dr. Kaiser knows what he is doing and you can tell how much he enjoys helping people. The whole team is very friendly and competent. There is no fixed appointment and yet no long waiting times. Highly Recommended!!!

👍👍 The first appointment was made within a few days after my family doctor referred me to an ENT due to long-term effects of COVID19. I was treated at regular intervals and was informed and advised in detail about the next steps during each appointment. The price/performance ratio is absolutely ok.
