😠 There are really weak in customer service. We bought some staff , after 3 months they didn't bring it and much worse every time they tell lie that, they brought and we were not at home!!! I was 4 times whole day at home and waiting for them!!! And all the times, they gave the same answer!!!! No note...

😠 Noch nie so eine traurige Filiale dieser Kette gesehen. Der blonde Verkäufer, der eigentlich das Wissen zum Matratzenverkauf hat, meinte, - als seine junge Kollegin ihn um Hilfe bat, dass er gerade keine Lust hätte. Er ist sehr unfreundlich, - auch zu den Kollegen. Müssen uns leider ein anderes Ges...
