🫤 Most of their workers.. Don't knw how to talk to costomers. Especially when u don't speak german sad.. It Germany they won't fire them because they re German.. I will never go there to shop

👍👍 Perfect information, great service and the customer service was super. Staff remained calm throughout, understood what they were doing and had great command of the place. Overall, the staff gets an A+.

😠 Some of the employees e.g. at vodafon dsl desk seem not to be so competent. Business model ist way too old and not customer friendly. Luckily there is Amazon and other alternatives.
