You are given the option to customize it sometimes but then it takes about 6 weeks according to them. Better to keep this in mind if you want to customize it. Overall a good experience...

😠 Very bad customer service!!! Didn't want to sell me a sofa, I couldn't even sit on the sofa but another person was allowed to LYING on the BED. Felt unwelcome! The branch manager was also very cheeky.
