👍👍 Also. Ich bin von natur aus FAUL, aber die 20 min. in der Woche sind der Hammer.
Im Gegensatz zum "normalen" Fitnessstudio, wo man(n) 3-4 Mal die Woche hingeht für 2-3 Stunden ( ohne an und Abreise ) hat man hier Hammer Ergebnisse in 20 min. in der Woche.
