Es wird auf jedes einzelne Mitglied Rücksicht genommen und man wird positiv bestärkt in jedem Training besser zu werden. Viel persönlicher als jedes kommerzielle Fitnessstudio und jeden Cent wert!

👍👍 Mit James zu trainieren ist sehr effektiv und macht dazu noch super viel Spaß. Im Personaltraining ist James im guten Austausch und konzentriert sich individuell auf die Leistung und motiviert.

😠 Stifling air in the weight room, the wet area stinks and is moldy. The studio director is rude and outrageous.
